Account Deletion

QaKaSot users can delete their account from the customer profile area in the web or mobile app.

Account deletion anonymizes personal account data while preserving order, payment, pickup, and refund records required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute handling.

If you cannot access your account, contact support with the email address used for the account and request deletion.
